1)    On the event producer’s entry form, designate WF horse. Use the horse’s registered name only (spelled correctly) NO BARN NAMES.
2)    Complete a WF Sidepot Entry form below and upload a copy of the front and back of registration papers directly on the WF website before the start of the event. NOTE: No entries will be taken after the event has started or ended!

PLEASE NOTE: Offspring Incentives are paid out to the OWNER listed on the registration papers at the time of the event entry. Breed registry transfer reports are not accepted as proof of ownership. If ownership or any part of the contact information is misrepresented, owner money will be forfeited. Must have current address on file with the WF office to receive incentive money payout. Any incentive money not claimed by December 15th of the year it was earned, will be forfeited by the winner and added to the future year’s purse.
